The Eagles did not seem to be content with their two new defensive tackles signed off of practice squads.
Anthony Huggins, from the Texans’ practice squad, and Anthony Rush, from the Raiders’ practice squad, will now be joined by a third practice squad member, this time from the Eagles own practice squad.
Mike Kaye of NJ.com reports that the Eagles intend to promote Bruce Hector to the 53-Man roster.

Hector becomes the second-most experienced player on the Eagles roster that is healthy enough to play.
Hector had made the Eagles 53-man roster out of training camp last year and was on the roster and active for eight games before he was eventually waived and re-signed to the practice squad.
This preseason, Hector was traded to the Cardinals for safety Rudy Ford, who is, inexplicably, still on the Eagles 53-man roster. Hector was then signed to the practice squad as soon as the Eagles were able to do so.
He appeared eight games in 2018, though played fewer than eight snaps in four of those games. He recorded a partial sack and two assist as the last man off the bench.
Unless the Eagles decide to start Vinny Curry or Brandon Graham inside, he is the most likely candidate to start beside Fletcher Cox in Buffalo on Sunday.
