On Sunday, the Eagles lost Nigel Bradham to an ankle injury and he did not return to the game.
On Monday, head coach deemed Bradham “day-to-day” with an unspecified return date.
That would seem to make the Eagles decision Monday night to be slightly more confusing.
The team announced Monday night that they had released veteran LB Zach Brown.
Roster Move: #Eagles have released LB Zach Brown.

Brown does have 31 tackles and two pass reflections, but that isn’t all too impressive considering how many he’s missed and how many snaps he’s played.
Brown had trashed talked multiple teams and then did nothing to back it up as well as pretended it was no big deal afterword. Not a great locker room fit.
The team had undrafted rookie TJ Edwards play his first significant amount of defnsive snaps against the Vikings. Brown finished with five tackles, Edwards finished with four.
Nathan Gerry has been among the league’s best coverage linebackers in 2019 and Kamu Grugier-Hill was unstoppable before his injury.
The Eagles are going to rely on these three to grow and shine in increased playing time.
The Eagles do have linebacker Alex Singleton on the practice squad.
The team now has two vacancies on the 53-man roster.
