After adding to the secondary very early on Day 2 with the pick of Sidney Jones, the Eagles used one of the final picks on Day 2 to take another cornerback.
With the 99th overall pick, the Eagles selected cornerback Rasul Douglas from West Virginia.
Douglas played two seasons for West Virginia after transferring in as a junior from junior college. In 18 games, Douglas had 77 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, one sack, nine interceptions and nine passes defended.
In his senior season, Douglas played in 13 games, compiling 70 tackles, eight interceptions — including one for a touchdown — and eight passes defended.

The Eagles are back on the clock on Saturday afternoon for Day 3, selecting with the 119th overall pick in the fourth round.
