The Eagles made numerous roster moves on Monday in the wake of injuries.
They signed cornerback Dwayne Gratz and long-snapper Rick Lovato to join the team for Week 15 against the Baltimore Ravens. To make room on the roster, they placed three players on season-ending injured reserve: Jon Dorenbos, Matt Tobin and Wendell Smallwood.
Gratz, 26, is a native of Piscataway, NJ and in his fourth NFL season. Gratz was drafted in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars out of Connecticut.
Gratz has 119 tackles, three interceptions and two forced fumbles in 40 career games. In the 2016 season, Gratz played in just three games with the Jaguars, making five tackles.
Lovato is a long-snapper out of Old Dominion who played in four games over two seasons with the Redskins and Packers. The 24-year-old is from Brick Township, NJ and went to Middletown South HS in New Jersey.
For Dorenbos, the injury ends a streak of 162 consecutive games played, which tied a franchise record.
Tobin was reportedly injured prior to the final play of Sunday's game, where he was beat by Ryan Kerrigan on the way to a strip sack of Carson Wentz that ended the game.
Smallwood's rookie season comes to a close with three games remaining in the season. On 77 carries, Smallwood rushed for 312 yards and one touchdown.
The Eagles travel to Baltimore for their final road game of the season with the Ravens on Sunday at 1 p.m.
