The Eagles made a trio of roster moves on Monday after making lots of noise on Sunday in getting the roster down to 73.
Running back Cedric O'Neal was re-signed by the team, cornerback Aaron Grymes was released with injury settlement and, following a workout, the Eagles also signed Philadelphia Soul defensive lineman Jake Metz to a one-year deal.

O'Neal was released by the team on Aug. 21, but re-signed Monday, presumably for depth at the position for the final preseason game on Thursday.
Grymes made a highlight-reel interception in the Eagles second preseason game in Pittsburgh, but suffered a shoulder injury later in the game and was not able to play Saturday. Grymes was signed this offseason after three seasons in the CFL and could be a prime candidate to return to the Eagles if injuries arise in the secondary.
Metz, who helped the Soul win the Arena Bowl XXIX title on Friday night, had a successful workout with the Eagles on Monday, resulting in a contract. Metz is a local product, attending Souderton High School and Shippensburg University, and had eight sacks and 10 tackles for loss in his first season in the AFL.
