According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, the Eagles and former Chiefs backup quarterback Chase Daniel have agreed upon a multi-year deal to bring him to Philadelphia.
Eagles and QB Chase Daniel agreed in principle on multi-year deal, per @caplannfl and me. Daniel reuniting with Doug Pederson.

The Eagles have been linked to Daniel since Doug Pederson was hired as the team's head coach. The signing of Sam Bradford did not prevent the first-time coach from bringing in a quarterback with familiarity with his concepts and a comfort level. One would have to assume this means Mark Sanchez's days on the Eagles depth chart are numbered.
Pete Schrager of Fox Sports is the first with the length of the deal.

Adam Caplan and Adam Schefter updated the terms of the deal once it was made official following the open of the new league year at 4 p.m. The three-year deal is worth $21 million with a guaranteed $12 million.
