The Eagles were back on the clock for their sixth-round pick, and they traded it to acquire an additional pick.
The Eagles moved the 188th overall pick to the Minnesota Vikings for the 196th overall pick in the sixth round and the 240th pick in the seventh round. With the 196th overall pick, the Eagles selected cornerback Blake Countess from Auburn.
Countess spent the first three seasons of his college career at Michigan before transferring to Auburn for his senior season. In 13 games, Countess had 44 solo tackles and 71 total tackles with 11 passes deflected and two interceptions.
While at Michigan, he was on the all-Big Ten list twice and has experience playing at both corner and safety.
The Eagles are back on the clock in the seventh and final round of the Draft, picking at 233rd overall and again with the 240th and 251st overall picks.
