Less than an hour after placing defensive end Joe Ostman on injured reserve, the Eagle were forced to make a second move due to injuries.
Tackle Casey Tucker, who had been dealing with a concussion, as been waived with an injury designation and the team brought in another cornerback to compete for a spot on the roster.

Tucker had signed with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent following the retirement of Chris Long opening up a spot on the 90-man roster. He had tried out for the team just a few days before that.
Harris returns to the Eagles after a rather short stint with the team early during training camp.
A USC product, joining fellow Eagles Nelson Agholor and Cody Kessler, Harris played both safety and cornerback. Defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz places a premium on versatility, so that ability may keep Harris in contention for a spot, most likely on the practice squad.
Over his final three seasons at USC, Harris appeared in 38 games, making 143 tackles, a sack, six interceptions, 16 defensed passes, a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries. He was named USC’s Most Inspirational Player during his senior year.
