Remember back in March when a University of Tampa team beat the Phillies? If you beat 'em, join 'em? The University of Tampa Spartans lineup that beat the Phillies include the nephew of Phillies general manager, Andrew Amaro. The Phillies used a pick in the 2015 amateur draft to add Amaro.
Todd Zolecki reported:

But, the Phillies did not stop with the Amaro family.

These picks may be courtesy picks that never sign. Some will, however.
It's not the first time that Phillies have drafted family members of their staff. The Phillies drafted other relatives late in the draft in previous years. Galen Cisco's nephew Michael, Rich Dubee's son Michael, and Rod Nichols' son Chris have all been drafted by the team, among others. All of them have signed with the club.
