The Flyers avoided arbitration with forward Taylor Leier, agreeing to a one-year, one-way deal worth $720,000.
According to Cap Friendly, Leier accepted a deal less than the qualifying offer from the Flyers. The qualifying offer was a two-way deal. Leier's one-year contract is a guaranteed one-way, NHL deal.
Leier played in 39 games for the Flyers in the 2017-18 season, scoring one goal and adding four assists for five points. Leier had played in 16 previous NHL games prior to last season, with one goal and one assist, both coming in the 2016-17 season.
Leier also spent time with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms for three seasons from 2014 to 2017.
In addition, the Flyers announced that forward Tyrell Goulbourne has also signed a one-year deal. Terms of his deal have not yet been disclosed.
Goulbourne made his NHL debut last season, playing in nine games with the Flyers. He did not record a point. With the Phantoms last season, Goulbourne had eight goals and 19 points in 63 games.
The Flyers also confirmed that Danick Martel accepted his qualifying offer. Agreement on a one-year deal was reported on Thursday night.
With Leier signed, the Flyers have no players arbitration eligible left to be signed. Among restricted free agents, only Robert Hagg and Anthony Stolarz remain unsigned.
