The first taste of Flyers hockey comes on Wednesday night as the Flyers take on the New York Islanders in a rookie game from Wells Fargo Center.
The game will begin at 7:05 p.m. and be live-streamed on the Flyers website.
The Flyers bring in several notable prospects, with Nolan Patrick and Oskar Lindblom leading the forwards and Sam Morin, Travis Sanheim and Philippe Myers leading the defense.
The forward lines expected for the rookie game are as follows, based on the lines from the morning skate on Wednesday.

Anthony Salinitri will dress as a 13th forward for the Flyers. Mike Vecchione and Radel Fazleev are sitting out the game. Nicolas Aube-Kubel is scratched due to illness, per GM Ron Hextall.
Defensively, the Flyers looked like this at Wednesday's morning skate.
