Another round, another forward. The Flyers used their sixth-round pick to add another piece to the wing.
With the 158th pick in the NHL Draft, the Flyers selected right winger Cooper Marody.
Marody spent the 2014-15 season with the Sioux Falls Stampede after playing parts of two seasons with the Muskegon Lumberjacks. He scored 20 goals and added 29 assists for 49 points in 30 games with Sioux Falls.
Marody, a 6'0", 176-pound winger from Brighton, MI, is committed to the University of Michigan next season.
The Flyers have one remaining pick in the seventh round at 188th overall.
