The Flyers were back on the clock with the 50th overall pick to start Day 2 of the NHL Draft. After taking two forwards in the first round, they addressed the blue line.
With the 50th overall pick, the Flyers selected defenseman Adam Ginning.
Ginning played 28 games for Linkoping in the SHL last season, scoring one goal and posting two points with a minus-7 rating. The 6'4", 205-pound left-handed defenseman is more of a stay-at-home type.
The Flyers will be back on the clock in the fourth round with the 112th overall pick.
