With the 14th overall pick in the 2018 NHL Draft, the Flyers went with a winger.
The Flyers selected left wing Joel Farabee with their first of two picks in the first round of the NHL Draft on Friday.
Farabee played for the US National Development Team, scoring 33 goals and posting 76 points in 62 games last season. He is a commit to Boston University next year.
The Flyers will be back on the clock with the 19th overall pick. A full scouting report on Farabee will be posted later this evening.
