The Flyers held nine picks entering day two of the draft and used their first early. After acquiring the 36th overall pick from Winnipeg on Friday night, the Flyers were in position to take a strong prospect.
With the 36th overall pick, the Flyers selected left winger Pascal Laberge.
Laberge played for Victoriaville in the QMJHL in 2015-16, scoring 23 goals and adding 45 assists for 58 points in 56 games.
