Chester PA: There is a new buzz surrounding the Philadelphia Union for the 2025 season especially being led by a new head coach in Bradley Carnell as back on November 7, the Union decided to move on from Jim Curtin after 12 years with the league after having one of the rough seasons in a long time especially not doing well at Subaru Park

Acquired midfielder Indiana Vassilev in Trade from St. Louis CITY SC
Agreed to a deal for Transfer of forward Bruno Damiani
Signed Philadelphia Union II defender Frankie Westfield to a contract as a Homegrown player
Acquired midfielder Jovan Lukic from FK Spartak Subotica
Traded midfielder Jack McGlynn to Houston for a guaranteed $2,100,000, as well as a significant future sell on and trade percentage
Acquired $50,000 in 2025 General Allocation Money from San Diego FC in exchange for the Homegrown Priority over Union Academy forward Anisse Saidi
Acquired center-back Ian Glavinovich from Newell’s Old Boys on a one-year loan with a club option to permanently transfer
Agreement to a new contract with defender Olivier Mbaizo

After getting off to a good start to begin the 2025 regular season, The Union will now prepare home opener against FC Cincinnati at Subaru Park on March 1 (7:30 p.m./Apple TV MLS Season Pass).
