Claude Giroux and the East All-Star reigned supreme in the skills competition. The Flyers captain participated in three events in Saturday's event at the NHL All-Star Game: accuracy shooting, the skills relay and the shootout.

The East claimed a 29-12 win in the skills competition in Nashville.

With the win, the East captains, Jaromir Jagr and John Tavares, were give the option to play first or second in Sunday's All-Star Game. They chose the first game, set to take place at 5, which will have the Atlantic Division facing the Metropolitan Division. The West game, between the Central and Pacific Divisions, will follow at 6 p.m. The final game between the two winners takes place at 7 p.m.

Giroux recorded a time of 17.254 seconds in the accuracy shooting challenge. Tavares posted the best time in helping the East claim the extra bonus point. You can view the DraftKings Accuracy Shooting below.

Giroux was also part of the Gatorade Skills Challenge Relay, doing the stick-handling for the East. The East picked up a point in the drill for having the second best overall time in two separate relays between the two sides, but the West claimed the bonus point for the fastest time.
