The Eagles lost Pro Bowl left tackle Jason Peters to a torn ACL and MCL during Monday night's win against the Redskins and they also lost one of their best defensive players in linebacker Jordan Hicks. After battling injuries for most of his career, Hicks came into the season healthy and was a giant part of the teams' defense through the first six games. Unfortunately, his injury is also season-ending. Hicks ruptured his Achillies tendon on the second play of the game.

Hicks had 28 tackles this season.
With Hicks out, head coach Doug Pederson said they plan to look for replacements for both Hicks and Peters internally. Halapoulivaati Vaitai will take Peters' spot at left tackle. Meanwhile, expect Joe Walker and Najee Goode to split time filling in for Hicks as the season moves forward.
Hopefully, the Eagles will get Mychal Kendricks back for the game on Sunday against the 49ers. He missed Monday's game with a hamstring injury.
