The Phillies fell to the Cardinals at Citizens Bank Park Tuesday night 7-6, as the bullpen struggled to preserve the win once again. However, the game wasn't the only thing the team lost.

After getting hit by a pitch against Cardinals starter Luke Weaver, Crawford left the game for X-rays, and manager Gabe Kapler announced post-game that Crawford indeed suffered the worst-case scenario.

With Crawford now on the mend for four to six weeks, this only means that the Phillies will most likely resort back to using Maikel Franco at third base for the time being. It's still very much unclear who the Phillies will promote up to the big club as a corresponding move, perhaps Mitch Walding will be seeing time back up after just a few weeks back down in Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
