The Philadelphia 76ers are 8-6 and they are already dealing with their fair share of injuries. First rounder Markelle Fultz is out indefinitely with shoulder imbalance, Jerryd Bayless has been nursing a sore wrist and Nik Stauskas is sidelined with an ankle injury. Now you can add Justin Anderson to that list as he'll miss at least three weeks with shin splints.

Anderson have averaged five points and 2.7 rebounds per game in just under 13 minutes on average. While he may not bring a big scoring boost off the bench, Anderson is always energetic and active on the defensive end. In addition, he's the first guy up on the bench to cheer on his teammates after a made shot or when they come to the bench. Anderson is shooting 37.5 percent from the floor this season and 34.6 percent from three-point range. He was acquired from the Mavericks last season with draft picks in exchange for Nerlens Noel.
At this point it time, you can expect Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot to get a minutes increase while Anderson is sidelined. TLC is averaging 6.8 points per game, shooting 38.4 percent from the floor and 35.6 percent from beyond the arc. While many people might want to see this as an opportunity for Furkan Korkmaz, the Turkish guard will likely spend time in Delaware with the 87ers and provide some bench depth for the Sixers from time to time even with the injury to Anderson.
The Sixers host the defending champion Warriors on Saturday night, one week after losing big in Golden State.
