Kevin Frandsen was not out of work for long, according to a tweet from Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal, who tweeted this:
Sources: #Nationals have signed Frandsen or will sign him. He was in their camp this morning.

The Nationals released Jamey Carroll yesterday, whom some suggested would be a fit with the Phillies. No financial information is included in Rosenthal's tweet, but it will be interesting to see how Frandsen does.
Adam Kilgore had previously reported that the Nationals reached out to Frandsen upon him opting out of his contract. The Nationals were in the market for a bench bat. Frandsen led the National League last year with 14 pinch hits.
