Kyle Kendrick and wife Stephenie LaGrossa have given birth to a daughter. It is the first child for Kendrick, spot-starter and reliever for the Phillies, and wife La Grossa of "Survivor" fame.
Kyle Kendrick has been placed on paternity leave to be with his wife and Michael Schwimer has taken his place on the active roster.
