McCoy, Bills Agree on Five-Year Contract

This past week, reports had surfaced indicating the LeSean McCoy was not planning to take a pay cut, but rather get a raise. Chip Kelly had no plans of giving Shady a pay bump, so McCoy was dealt to the Bills.

While it seemed as if McCoy wasn't happy about going to Buffalo, that seems to have changed after the two sides have reportedly agreed to a five-year contract worth $40 million. Here are the details from ESPN.com

The deal, which will start once McCoy is officially traded to Buffalo by the Eagles, will pay the three-time Pro Bowler $16 million in the first year, according to agent Drew Rosenhaus.

McCoy is expected to take a physical with the Bills on Sunday, a source told ESPN's Josina Anderson.

Shortly after the deal was agreed upon, McCoy tweeted a video of him and his family boarding a plan to Buffalo on Instagram.

Since being drafted by the Eagles in 2009, McCoy has the third-most rushing yards in the NFL (6,792) and fourth-most rushing touchdowns (44).
