Last weekend, I defended Michael Martinez's honor. I did this because the entire phanbase bashed his call-up and since I'm an empathetic man, I felt awful for him. Fast-forward to yesterday and Michael Martinez had the chance to defend my honor and win the game for the Phillies. The stage was set perfectly for the goat to metamorphasize into the hero. I was convinced he was going to come through and shut everybody the hell up.
Then this happened…
I stuck my neck out for him and that's how he repays me?? SMPhH. From here on out, go ahead and boo him if you want. I don't care.
