Morning Host On Phillies Flagship Station Makes “Deplorable” Jokes Over Cancer Patient Visit

You are probably not aware, but AM radio still exists.  That is probably why CBS Radio, parent company to Phillies flagship station 1210 AM recently bought Wired 96.5 and 92.5 WXTU.  I am sure that 96.5 will become KYW News Radio any day now.  But at CBS's other AM station, 1210 WPHT, the one which boasts itself as having the strongest AM signal around, a morning host said some desipicable things about Julie Kramer, cancer patient whom Chase Utley surprised on the "Ellen" show a couple days ago.

Chris Stigall, who according to CBSPhilly.com hosts a morning show on WPHT said,

"It's probably terminal what that woman has. You think she's going to live through an entire season?"

Listen to Stigall's comments below.  The person who posted the video calls Stigall's actions "deplorable" in the video and makes the recommendation that viewers send complains to CBS Philly's program director and station general manager.

Phillies pitcher Jake Diekman was not too thrilled with his comments:
