As one goalie prepared to make his return to the crease on Tuesday night, another forced the Flyers to regroup on the injury front.

Steve Mason will be in goal for the Flyers game against the Canadiens on Tuesday night after having the All-Star break to recover. But Michal Neuvirth left Monday's practice with a lower-body injury. He is out a week to 10 days according to GM Ron Hextall.

The Flyers have recalled AHL All-Star Anthony Stolarz.

Stolarz made several dazzling saves in Monday's AHL All-Star Challenge and has a 15-10-3 record this season with a 2.45 GAA and .915 save percentage.

Stolarz has been called up by the Flyers several times before on an emergency basis, however, this is clearly not the case this time around. The Flyers will play eight games in 13 days and clearly need a No. 2 option at some point in that time.

Neuvirth is 11-6-2 this season with 2.14 GAA and leads the league in save percentage with a .933 mark.

The Flyers host the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday night at 7 p.m.
