Coming off of a second straight big win, it is no surprise that Eagles quarterback Nick Foles was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week.
Foles completed 35 of 49 pass attempts (71.4%) for 471 yards and four touchdowns last weekend.

Foles set two franchise records in the win over Houston. His 471 yards passing were the most ever by an Eagles quarterback, passing Donovan McNabb’s 464. It was also his fourth 400-yard game, which is the most in the franchise’s history.
Foles will start against the Redskins on Sunday. The Skins are beat up and just released arguably their best player in the secondary. Eagles fans will hope that Foles can re-set that franchise record with a fifth 400-yard game.
This is the third time Foles has been named NFC Offensive Player of the Week.
