For the third time, yes three times, Eagles quarterback Nick Foles will be gracing the cover of Sports Illustrated, after being a big part of leading the Eagles to their first Super Bowl appearance since 2005, third all-time.

Foles was excellent on Sunday night in a 38-7 drubbing of the Minnesota Vikings in the NFC Championship Game, completing 26-of-33 passes for 352 yards, three touchdowns, zero interceptions, and 141.4 QBR.
In his first three playoff starts (min. 30 attempts), Foles became the first QB in NFL history to have a passer rating over 100 (100+).
Through all the Eagles' injuries especially to Carson Wentz, Foles stepped up and delivered one of the greatest performances by a quarterback in NFL Playoff history.
If anything, Foles played like the man who was on those covers of Sports Illustrated all those years ago. And now, Nicky Six, St. Nick, Napoleon Dynamite, or whatever you feel like calling him, is getting ready to try to win the Eagles their first ever Super Bowl title.
