Flyers
Flyers vs. Canadiens Preview: Montreal Calling

It’s been four days since the Flyers last played, extending their winning streak to three games. If they are able to reach four straight wins on Saturday, it will be their longest winning streak of the season.
To do that, they will face the team that started the current streak. The Montreal Canadiens are looking for points as they hang on to the final wildcard spot.
Game time is 7 p.m.
Matvei Michkov is up to six straight games with points, tallying 11 points in that time, including four goals. He had a three-point game with two goals against the Canadiens last Thursday.
Nick Suzuki came up clutch two games ago for the Canadiens, scoring the game-tying goal in the final seconds of the third and winning the game in overtime. The Montreal captain has seven points in the last three games.
Sam Ersson gets the start for the Flyers. Ersson made 17 saves on 21 shots in a win over the Sabres in his last start on Saturday. Ersson has won back-to-back starts since taking the loss in seven of his last nine starts. Ersson made 26 saves on 30 shots in a win over the Canadiens on March 27.
Sam Montembeault gets the start for the Canadiens. Montembeault made 18 saves on 19 shots in a win over Boston on Thursday. Montembeault enters Saturday’s game on a three-game win streak.
