Ken Rosenthal reports the Phillies have interviewed the Rafael Chaves for the pitching coach position. Chaves currently serves as the minor league pitching coordinator for the Dogders and has served as the pitching coach for Seattle as well as the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees (Triple-A). Chaves joins fellow former Seattle pitching coach Carl Willis as a candidate to replace Rich Dubee.
