A week ago, Phillies left-handed reliever was on the comeback trail, rehabbing at AAA Lehigh Valley. He was doing well:
Jeremy Horst with some pretty good heat, strikes out two of three batters he faces in the T7. Wer'e tied at 1-1

But as of yesterday the Phillies minor league beat writers or even AAA Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs manager Dave Brundage had any idea where Jeremy Horst was:
#IronPigs manager Dave Brundage said rehabbing #Phillies LHP Jeremy Horst didn't make roadtrip to #Syracuse: "I haven't seen him."

Now, it appears that Horst's season is over, while two other relievers deal with issues.
Jeremy Horst’s season is likely over. Mike Adams is headed to surgery. Mike Stutes is shut down again. So the bullpen is… yeah.

Adams previously hoped to avoid surgery. As we discussed before, surgery to repair a torn labrum is serious business and few recover well enough to pitch again. Mike Stutes' injury did not look like it was something minor at the time.
So that's three strikes for the Phillies' bullpen. Ouch. At least there is one silver lining from our friend Corinne:
If Jeremy Horst is now a 60-day DL candidate, can we expect a return of Mini Mart?!
