After last night's embarrassing 10-0 loss against the Toronto Blue Jays, the Phillies had to make a bullpen move. After six strong innings from Cliff Lee, the seventh inning became another story. Mario Hollands and Shawn Camp combined to allow four runs in the final two and two-thirds innings. It was easy to sense that a move was coming.
Today, the Phillies announced that they made move:
RHP Shawn Camp outrighted to @IronPigs. RHP Luis Garcia recalled from @IronPigs.

This is Garcia's second stint on the Phillies roster. On April 14, Garcia appeared in one lone inning against the Atlanta Braves. The inning was a quick 1-2-3 inning that included a strikeout. Garcia earned the promotion by compiling a 0.00 ERA in 11 appearances. The only run Garcia gave up in AAA all season was unearned.
Camp is 38 years old and not likely a prospect. When the Phillies had to add an arm, Camp was it. Camp was outrighted off of the 40-man roster and was assigned to AAA. Camp could refuse the assignment and become a free agent, but there were no indications that they were headed in that direction. Camp
