Per Zach Links of MLB Trade Rumors the Phillies have signed pitcher Jo-Jo Reyes to a minor league deal. Reyes was once a pretty well thought of pitching prospect with the Braves who was slowed by injuries and just overall awful results when given time in the major leagues. He hasn't pitched in the big leagues since getting shelled by the Blue Jays while pitching for the Orioles in late 2011. Since then Reyes has been in the Korean Baseball Organization pitching for the SK Wyverns. This season he's turned in a 2-7 record in 13 starts pitching to a 6.55 ERA, 1.80 WHIP, 41 Ks, and 38 BBs. Considering the performance of the Phillies' farm teams this season, he'll fit right in.
