There are some moves in baseball that simply move under the radar. This signing in particular is one of those. Because I don't have much information to give you, here's the tweet from the man himself:

Right-hander Enright (career 7-13, 5.57 ERA) has made career stops in both Arizona and Los Angeles. A starter for a majority of his games, Enright will likely fall into the bullpen with the Phillies, though, he may compete for a starting role during Spring Training. This is all speculation, though, as there is not much information available. We'll update you when there is.
Enright already updated his personal website with a picture of himself photoshopped into a Phillies uniform. He kind of looks like Zach Miner, no?
