After Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota officially declared for the NFL Draft, the floodgates are now officially wide open for speculation on what the Eagles might or might not do to ensure a reunion with head coach Chip Kelly.
Kelly of course recruited the Heisman trophy winning quarterback to Oregon and the Eagles hold the 20th pick in April's NFL Draft which means a trade, perhaps of Draconian proportions, would be required to move high enough to draft Mariota.
