According to Eliot Shorr-Parks of NJ.com, the Philadelphia Eagles are "in on Ron Parker."
One safety the #Eagles are in on: Ron Parker….27 years old, can play both safety and cornerback.

He seems like a reasonable option for the Eagles to pursue in light of missing out on Devin McCourty. As Shorr-Parks notes, Parker has the versatility the Eagles crave, because he can play both safety and cornerback. Those exact traits are what drew the Eagles to signing Malcom Jenkins last year.
Parker bounced around the NFL for a few years, playing for the Raiders, Seahawks and Panthers before sticking with the Kansas City Chiefs. It wasn't until last year that he broke out with career highs in tackles (94), games started (15), and forced fumbles (1).
However, according to Yahoo! Sports Rand Getlin, the Eagles will have competition for Parker's services:
Healthy market for #Chiefs DB Ron Parker. Seven teams interested. #Falcons, #Jets, #Bucs, #Giants and KC among them.
