A report from Adam Schefter of ESPN states that the Eagles will add veteran receiver Torrey Smith when free agency opens at 4:00 p.m. today:

Smith, 28, spent last season with the San Francisco 49ers and was connected to the Eagles during last season's trade deadline. Smith had a very poor couple of seasons in San Francisco, but has scored 37 touchdowns over his six-year career, including 11 in 2014.
Torrey Smith will cost the Eagles approximately $5 Million a season, providing an upgrade at a posiiton of need at a strong value.
The Eagles have approximately $9 Million remaining in cap space.
