Chip Kelly reportedly wants his former Oregon Duck Marcus Mariotta to be his quarterback. But Mariotta would not be the only one if a new report of a trade is true. This trade is one that will sting Eagles fans, because it involves perhaps their most popular player.
Adam Schefter of ESPN reported the bombshell that LeSean McCoy will be moved:
Filed to ESPN: Bills have notified LB Kiko Alonso he is going to be traded to Philadelphia for RB LeSean McCoy. Trade official next week.

Alonso played for Kelly from 2008 to 2012 at the University of Oregon.
This recent flurry of moves makes one thing clear: Chip Kelly is now in charge of Eagles personnel. Despite the fact that Howie Roseman made comments recently that he is not in favor of a Marcus Mariotta trade, this move seems to cement Kelly's place in making decisions. And now, we know that Kelly favors his former Oregon players.
Alonso was drafted by the Bills in the second round of the 2013 draft.
