Fletcher Cox was removed from Sunday's game against the New York Giants with a calf injury. The severity of the injury was reported as day-to-day, but according to Les Bowen of philly.com the injury may be more severe:

Cox is a two-time pro-bowler and considered the most valuable player to the Eagles' defense.

Multiple reporters said that they saw Cox leaving the Nova Care facility yesterday with his right calf in a sleeve and a visible limp.

The Eagles did get some good news with Jordan Hicks – who was also removed from last week's game – as he was a full participant and stated that he will be ready for Sunday. Rodney McLeod also participated in full after missing much of the last two weeks with a hamstring injury.
