According to Fersu Yahyabeyoğlu of Eurobasket.com, Sixers former first round pick and draft-and-stash prospect Furkan Korkmaz is on his way to Philadelphia:

Korkmaz was selected in the first round of the 2016 NBA draft with the 26th overall selection, two spots behind fellow international prospect Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot.
Splitting last season between Banvit and Anadolu Efes, the 19-year-old shooting guard played in the FIBA Champions League and was named best young player of the tournament.
Following his season abroad, Korkmaz expressed interest in coming to the NBA, and flew over to spend a week with the team earlier this offseason.

Korkmaz has a $2 million buy out option, but NBA teams can only contribute $650,000 to a buyout while the player is responsible for coordinating the payment for any amount exceeding that figure. According to the same report, the Sixers are contributing that sum and Korkmaz has come up with the remaining amount.
Sixers' general manager Bryan Colangleo expressed interest in having Korkmaz play with the team during their Summer League matchups that begin in less than a week

With the Sixers unlikely to acquire any big name free agents following a report that they will only offer one-year contracts, Korkmaz would give the team a shooting option that they did not have last season. Korkmaz finished last season shooting an astounding 39.8 percent from three point range.
