Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer is reporting that Eagles starting right tackle Lane Johnson suffered an MCL tear in today’s game against the Jaguars.
#Eagles T Lane Johnson suffered a MCL tear in his left knee, per sources. Could be out for an extended period depending upon severity. Will have further testing in Philly.

Johnson suffered the injury when Carson Wentz fell on him as he was being sacked.
The injury is not season ending, but would make Johnson miss time. With Johnson already suffering from a high ankle sprain, his recovery time will likely be longer rather than shorter, but more tests will occur when the Eagles get back to the United States. If he will miss time, this is perhaps the best part of the season to do so as the Eagles have a bye week coming up to allow all their players to heal.
Isaac Seumalo and Halapoulivaati Vaitai have played well at tackle, so the Eagles can afford to allow Johnson some rest.
