The Winter Meetings are set to conclude in another 24 hours and the final order of business will be the Rule 5 Draft. The Draft has been a focal point for the Phillies, who hold the top pick.
According to J.J. Cooper of Baseball America, they will select outfielder Tyler Goeddel with the first pick. Goeddel is currently in the Tampa Bay Rays system.
Too early to say this is set in stone but two sources say Phillies will take Rays OF Tyler Goeddel No. 1 in tomorrow's Rule 5 draft.

Goeddel posted his best professional season last year with Double-A Montgomery. He hit .279 with 12 home runs and 72 RBI in 123 games.
The 23-year-old right-handed hitting outfield was selected 41st overall by the Rays in the 2011 MLB Draft. He ranked as the 17th highest prospect in the Rays system, but has also been highly regarded as the player with the most upside in the Rule 5 Draft.
In addition to playing outfield, Goeddel has experience playing third base.
The Rule 5 Draft will begin on Thursday morning at 10 a.m.
