One of the standouts this season in the NBA D-League for the Sixers affiliate, Sean Kilpatrick, is reportedly set to sign a contract with the Nets. Brooklyn freed up roster space this week after agreeing to buyout deals with Andrea Bargnani and Joe Johnson

Kilpatrick, 26, had previously spent time with both the Timberwolves and Nuggets. He leads the NBA D-League in scoring with 26.4 points per game while shooting 42.6 percent from three-point range and 47.6 percent overall. He's played in 12 NBA games during his career, four with Minnesota and eight with Denver. This season with the Nuggets, he averaged 3.4 points in 10.3 minutes per game.
The Cincinnati alum has averaged 18.8 points, 3.5 rebounds and two assists in 72 D-League games over the past two seasons.
One of Kilpatrick's teammates in Delaware, Jordan McRae, is fourth in the D-League with 23.3 points per game. McRae just finished up a stint with the Phoenix Suns on a 10-day contract. In seven games, he averaged 5.4 points, 1.4 assists and 1.1 rebounds in 11.7 minutes per game.
