With one hour until deals can become official, the top free-agent wide receiver is strongly considering a deal with the Eagles.
According Josina Anderson of ESPN, wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is "leaning toward" taking an offer from the Eagles when free agency opens.
I'm told, as of now, WR Alshon Jeffery is leaning towards choosing the #Eagles when free agency starts.

Jeffery has been highly profiled leading up to the free agent period. Jeffery had 52 catches for 821 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games last season. He also only played in nine games in the 2015 season. In his last full 16-game season, Jeffery had 85 catches for 1,133 yards and 10 touchdowns.
This would be the second addition to the wide receiver position for the Eagles, should Jeffery indeed take the offer. The Eagles signed Torrey Smith earlier on Thursday.
