The Philadelphia 76ers have won four in a row and they have gotten strong performances from their top young talent in Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons. The Sixers will have to find a way to extend their winning streak without Embiid's services on Tuesday though, as he'll sit due to rest/load management. Embiid, 23, is averaging 20.5 points, 10.1 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.4 blocks per game this season.

It's a bit confusing as to why he'll need rest having not played since Friday, but the Sixers likely want to keep him fresh for games against the Clippers, Warriors and Lakers.
Meanwhile, veteran guard Jerryd Bayless will be out tomorrow and potentially longer as he deals with a left wrist injury that he suffered within the final two minutes of Friday night's win against Indiana. His post-game x-ray's were negative, but Bayless had an MRI and a CT scan and his injury evaluation is ongoing. It's the same wrist that kept him out all of last season. The 29-year-old veteran is averaging 11 points per game for the Sixers, shooting 46.1 percent from the floor and 42.2 percent from beyond the arc.
Markelle Fultz is still on the mend with shoulder imbalance, and videos surfaced today of him taking three-point shots with his left hand, which is his non-dominant hand. It was not pretty. Watch at your own risk…

Brett Brown told reporters that there is nothing to read into regarding Fultz's left-handed shots.
The Sixers begin their five-game road trip in Utah against the Jazz on Tuesday night at 9pm.
