Good news from the Sixers camp regarding the progression of Tiago Splitter's rehab. The Sixers have assigned their newly acquired center to the Delaware 87ers in the D-League.
According to a Sixers press release early Tuesday morning, the plan seems to be for Splitter to spend time with the Sixers' D-League affiliate in their practices before getting playing time.

Splitter was acquired by the Sixers from the Hawks in exchange for Ersan Ilyasova at the trade deadline. He's missed the entirety of this season due to a calf injury. Splitter's last NBA appearance was in January 2016.
The only thing that is known at this point is that Splitter will be his participation in full practice, it is unknown what his playing status will be going forward.
