The Philadelphia 76ers have traded the 2020 OKC first round pick, top 20 protected, and the worst of Brooklyn or New York's 2020 second round picks to the Orlando Magic for the 25th pick where they selected Anzejs Pasecniks. Pasecniks is a 7'2", 230 pound center from Latvia.
He's moved up draft boards since putting up a strong season in the European league last season. He has shown promising traits as well as great size, but needs to improve his strength and form. He'll likely spend at least the next two years overseas as a draft and stash prospect as he still has two years left on his contract with his Euroleague team Gran Canaria. The Sixers still have picks 36, 39, 46, and 50 in tonight's draft.
