One day after Claude Giroux was named to his fourth career NHL All-Star Game, the AHL announced the rosters for its All-Star Game being held in Syracuse on Feb. 1.

Center Nick Cousins and goalie Anthony Stolarz will each make their first All-Star Game appearances, representing the Lehigh Valley Phantoms and the Atlantic Division.

Cousins, 22, has eight goals and 21 assists in 28 games with the Phantoms and leads the team with 29 points. Cousins is a third-round pick of the Flyers in the 2011 Draft and has also played 15 games in the NHL, including four this season, with no points registered.

Stolarz, 21, has a 12-7-1 record with a 2.18 GAA and .925 save percentage in 23 games. Stolarz was a second-round pick of the Flyers in 2012 and has been called up to the team on several occasions as an emergency backup, but has not made an NHL appearance yet.

The All-Star Game will coincide with the NHL's All-Star festivities in Nashville. On Sunday, Jan. 31, the day of the NHL All-Star Game, the AHL will hold the annual Skills Competition. The All-Star Game will take place on Monday, Feb. 1, at 7 p.m.
