The Flyers close out a four-game road trip to start the season on Thursday night against the Seattle Kraken.
The Flyers 6-1 win over the Seattle Kraken on Monday night was more than just the contributions from new faces and plenty of familiar ones on the scoresheet. It was another early indication that this team is already tight with each other and willing to go to battle and defend each other.
Saturday’s game was certainly not be design, but the Flyers stayed with the game and found a way to rally back and win in overtime, defeating the Oilers, 5-4, in overtime. It has them up to seven straight wins and surging.
