Umberger, White activated off IR; Cousins, McDonald returned to Phantoms

The beaten and battered Flyers lineup is close to returning to its original state.  Two of the Flyers injured players are set to return as R.J. Umberger and Ryan White were activated off injured reserve on Saturday afternoon.
